Tonight’s plans fell apart, so what’s a boy to do? Re-watch episodes of The Rosie Show obvs! This week’s “Very Brady Trivia” game show between Rosie and an audience member, hosted by the iconic Florence Henderson, reminded me of a previous trivia contest between Ro and an audience member, from back in the day, hosted by an iconic cast member. The footage of that Mary Tyler Moore quiz hasn’t ever existed on YouTube. (Trust; I’ve checked regularly.) Until now. Ish.
As of Oct. 6th, their battle in “The People’s Court” does. Seriously: Rosie O’Donnell and Devinia McFadden (actress in “My Best Friend’s Wedding” turned “audience member”), in a courtroom adjudicated by Ed Koch. All here. And most importantly: Mary in a leopard/gold jumpsuit. Seriously.
